Halloween
I may be old fashion but I think women's clothing is getting out of hand.It seems like the more clothes men wear, the less women are wearing.Women's clothing get shorter and tighter every season.I've seen some females(can't tell if they are kids or adults) who walk funny and don't even contemplate bending because their skirts are so short. The necklines also drop significantly, so much so that you don't even have to try to get a peek. Now I'm not generally up on fashion but from what I'm seeing designers need to rethink some of their choices.I mean when you can't tell if you are looking at a 14 or a 24 yr old, something has to change.

Season changing
Life changes so quickly if you are no paying attention it will pass you by.

My nephew is already going to school and my sister is done with it.I'm back to work and I feel like I miss so many things.Friends are moving on,relationships are changing and people are ageing. The day turns to night faster and before you know it another year has past.As seasons change so do people,as is the cycle of life.Sometimes we don't want to but we have too.Life is not meant to be at a stand still there is enough time for that when we are dead!We have no choice but to live. But change is always hard.Take a look at nature. Some plants refuse to bend to the harsh north winds and as if in a battle of will the first leaf struggles not to fall off,to indicate the season has changed. We fear the unknown of change and what it may bring, the endless possibilities, the choices and decisions. The fear of making the wrong decision,of failure.
There is one thought that keeps me going, the thought of a higher being that has my best interest in mind.It may sound stupid, but God is the one that gives me peace when the time comes for change. He helps me to let go and not struggle against the winds of change but to glide gracefully with it, not worrying about where I will land.My life is ultimately in God's hands.

Camp 2008
Camp 2008 was held at CastleBruce Secondary. It lasted about 8 days from August 7-15. It was alot of work keeping the campers in line and trying to get them to have fun at the same time. The first few days were like working on a slave plantation; resistant workers, rationed food and poor bathrooms! Imagine even I wanted to go home!! Sunday changed things alot. After an encouraging youth service, we began to work together. The food improved and the toilets and bathrooms were made livable. We had fun with a water fight, group competitions, treasure hunt, river baths and sessions. We made lots of friends, some people showed signs of maturity, namely Dennis, who consequently won camp king. Relationships bloomed, namely Hilroy and Shanica's. They will be seeing alot of each other come September. Old friendships were renewed, the brotherhood of Marlon and Tyrone LOL!! We even had people who would like to be officials next time around.
Camp had its ups and downs, but all in all it was good.Thank God!! We even made a hi5 and a blog (check us out under links ). Expect alot more to come from us.

crazy peple
The world seems to be filled with nutjobs. There are the regular ones, like your crazy friends (we all have them). Then there are the ones who stalk and then try to harm you. Finally there are those who are undecided. Now those are the people you have to worry about!Like the good book say s a double minded man is unstable in all his ways;one minute the are cool with you and the next they are trying to run you over with a car!Psychos!! :)

Not Alone
Some people believe that we have soul mates, that we are not whole by ourselves. That sounds beautiful. Its like the story I heard when I was a child.I was told that God said it was not good for man to dwell alone. This was after he was done creating and all the animals had a mate.Adam was the only one of his kind.Although he was the lord of the garden, commanded the animals and communed with God,he was alone. So God put him into a deep sleep and took a rib from his side. When he finally awoke,he was no longer alone. He had a mate. So not only do they shear the same soul but a rib as well : ) .That means that they are to support each other and protect each other's heart. One is not the lord over the other, but they are equal, standing side by side. What about those who don't have a soul mate?Don't worry they were not meant to have only one soul mate, but rather to shear God's love to all.So they are neither alone nor lonely.God thinks of everything : )
